LinkColorList

LinkColorList
is an option of LoadAssembly that specifies a list of colors assigned to the loaded CAD geometries
  • Popular CAD files like "stl" does not contains rendering information such as surface color but the geometry of the parts. LinkColorList allows to assign at loading time new surface colors to the CAD geometries in order enhance the rendering of the linkage.
  • LinkColorList can be specified as list of colors or indexed ColorData function. Both cases the colors are assigned to the links based on their list index of the file name list.

LinkColorList can be specified either a list of colors or an indexed ColorData function. In the first case of list the color values are assigned periodically to the links. In the latter case the colors are assigned using the file name indexes.
